Together with our close partner in the aerospace industry, we are looking for a skilled expert,  
responsible for coordinating and scheduling all activities for one or more specific  
applications, services and system in simulation environment. Including support, maintenance,  
technical preparation of a course, analysis of issues, resolution of problems and support of  
projects. Work in close collaboration with team members and customers to ensure simulation  
operations.

## Tâches

*   Principal Tasks  
    • Integration of application(s), service(s) and system(s) into the simulation environment  
    o have an overview of the complex simulation environment  
    o to know the interfaces and data flows in the simulation environment  
    o to have the know-how to perform analysis in case of problems in the  
    simulation  
    o plan and execute the integration of new applications, services and systems  
    into the simulation o test the integrated applications, services and systems  
    o perform the validation of applications, services and systems for projects  
      
    • Coordinate and plan all activities related to the simulation specific application(s) and  
    system(s):  
    o Between people (maintenance, operations experts, software developers,  
    supplier)  
    o Implementation planning (develop a release plan, bundling various change  
    requests)  
    o planning of the assigned work to the time-box principle  
    o Interface with other affected applications and services  
    o Preparation of changes to the technical documentation of applications and  
    services  
    • Role of single point of contact for bugs and change requests:  
    o Point of contact for new bugs and change requests  
    o Analysis of impact/feasibility  
    o Estimation of workload and cost  
    o Planning of the implementation according given priority (SCRUM)  
    • Regulatory responsibilities:  
    o Ensure compliance with applicable regulations  
    o Follow-up on audit non-conformities  
    • Quality:  
    o Ensure applications and services meet the company’s quality standards and  
    practices  
    o Track development, requirements and testing activities to ensure quality is  
    maintained  
    o Review quality documents

## Exigences

*   • Application development skills  
    o Knowledge of the Java programming language (tools used: Eclipse, Git)  
    o Knowledge of the programming language C# (tools used: Visual Studio, Git)  
    o Additional knowledge of TIBCO and Puppet Framework  
    o Experience in application development  
    o Willingness to help maintain, support and customize existing software  
    o Knowledge of software testing concepts  
    o Knowledge of service-oriented architecture (SOA) and virtual environments  
    o Experience with AGILE methodology  
    o Flexibility to learn new things and to work in application support and  
    maintenance 
*     
    • 2nd and 3rd level support activities:  
    o Tracking incident in JIRA o Analysing incidents and taking all actions to resolve  
    the incidents  
    o Following up on incidents with maintenance and/or engineering groups  
    o Reporting internally, externally and to customers
