📌 We are hiring an Expert in Concept Development & Prototyping with strong expertise in automation, data integration, and prototyping, to join one of our internationally renowned clients in Zurich.

Tasks

🎯

  • Analyze current training materials, scripts, and processes regarding structure, content, and technical dependencies.
  • Develop a comprehensive concept for the automation and standardization of training resources.
  • Ensure synchronization of all exercise elements ("cues") with precise timing and consistent updates.
  • Integrate and transform data from existing, partly outdated legacy applications.
  • Identify and evaluate suitable technologies (cloud, APIs, containerization, AI) for a sustainable, scalable infrastructure.
  • Build prototypes (conceptual POCs) to validate and iteratively improve the solution.
  • Collaborate closely with training experts, simulator pilots, IT specialists, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

Required skills & experience:

  • Higher technical education.
  • Strong experience in scripting or software development (Python, C#, XSLT, APIs).
  • Knowledge of cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), automation & system integration.
  • Experience handling heterogeneous data sources and transforming them into structured formats.
  • Ability to design scalable and realistic technical concepts.
  • Strong prototyping and agile concept development mindset.
  • Excellent analytical skills, structured approach, and conceptual vision.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills in interdisciplinary environments.

🌍 Languages:

  • Excellent command of English (C1 level) is essential for this role.
  • A good working knowledge of German (B2 level) is also highly valuable.

💥 Our recruitment process

We have a 4 steps recruitment process at Enova:

  • A first interview by video conference TEAMS, to get to know each other, check your soft and hard skills and understand more about Enova and our activities.
  • If you are shortlisted, the second interview is as well by video conference teams or face2face to meet other people, in general the manager managing the client business relations and know more about the collaboration.
  • After getting all the different information to have a Enova-consultant collaboration, we organize a meeting and/or a technical interview with the client technical team
  • If we see each other working together in an Enova collaboration we present you during a last interview the contract that we want to propose, ideally in our office.

During this recruitment process, we communicate by phone and by mail and we can invite you to meet our teams in our office or the client's team of course.
