📌 We are looking for a Change Manager / Business Transformation Expert to join our client's transformation program. In this role, you will lead strategic change initiatives, guide stakeholders through transformation journeys, and ensure sustainable adoption of new processes and systems. You will work closely with executive sponsors and cross-functional teams to deploy a robust Management of Change (MoC) framework across multiple business areas.

Tasks

  • Drive the implementation of the Management of Change (MoC) framework across key initiatives.
  • Conduct detailed change impact assessments and develop people transition and adoption plans.
  • Facilitate workshops and change impact sessions with project teams and business units.
  • Design and deliver training for leaders, change agents, and ambassadors.
  • Collaborate with sponsors to align strategic transformation goals.
  • Optimize and automate MoC processes to ensure scalability and consistency.
  • Track progress through dashboards and readiness metrics.
  • Support cultural and operational transformation programs across the organization.
  • Document lessons learned to enhance the internal change management methodology.

Requirements

💼

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in change management or large-scale business transformation.
  • Prosci or CCMP certification required.
  • Experience in project management (PMP or equivalent certification is a plus).
  • Strong facilitation, training, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Power BI, and automation tools (e.g., Copilot Studio, AI-driven workflows).
  • Fluent in English. (German or French is a plus)

💥 Our recruitment process

We have a 4 steps recruitment process at Enova:

  • A first interview by video conference TEAMS, to get to know each other, check your soft and hard skills and understand more about Enova and our activities.
  • If you are shortlisted, the second interview is as well by video conference teams or face2face to meet other people, in general the manager managing the client business relations and know more about the collaboration.
  • After getting all the different information to have a Enova-consultant collaboration, we organize a meeting and/or a technical interview with the client technical team
  • If we see each other working together in an Enova collaboration we present you during a last interview the contract that we want to propose, ideally in our office.

During this recruitment process, we communicate by phone and by mail and we can invite you to meet our teams in our office or the client's team of course.
