🎯
Construction Management:
- Lead the technical team in the planning, design, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Oversee the quality control of construction work and provide technical support throughout the construction process.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues and optimize construction processes.
Technical Leadership:
- Provide expert technical guidance on construction methodologies, materials, and best practices.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor construction progress and identify potential issues.
Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and standards on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Monitor construction work to confirm adherence to safety standards and quality assurance guidelines.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact between the project team and stakeholders, including internal teams, external contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Regularly report on the technical progress of projects, highlighting any potential risks or delays.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that construction activities align with operational requirements.
Problem-Solving & Technical Support:
- Address technical challenges as they arise, providing solutions that maintain project integrity, quality, and safety.
- Offer technical expertise in the selection of materials, construction techniques, and equipment.
- Resolve conflicts related to construction methods, material specifications, and design interpretations.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including reports, progress updates, and change orders.
- Maintain accurate records of construction activities and ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards.
- Ensure that all technical data and reports are up-to-date and readily accessible to the project team.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in construction management or technical lead roles, preferably in complex infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring technical excellence and quality control.
- Familiarity with construction contracts, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in interior renovation (Elec, HVAC, Lighting and Fourniture) and Exterior building upgrades and security.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and tools.
- Proficiency with construction management software and project scheduling tools.
- Understanding of BIM (Building Information Modeling) and its application in construction projects.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality assurance protocols in construction.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on innovative solutions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Certifications in construction management or safety (e.g., PMP, LEED, OSHA).
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure, aviation, or industrial construction projects. Complex industrial environment.
