Coordinador/a academico

English Plus is looking for an enthusiastic, talented coordinator to join the team!

The main tasks for this role are:

• Leading a team of 60-70 teachers and a team of 5 school coordinators as well as managing the recruitment process
• Creating an effective curriculum based on Project Based Learning to enhance students' interest and participation
• Leading weekly meetings with school head of didactics and centre coordinators to determine annual/monthly goals
• Conducting academic induction and topic-based workshops on a regular basis. Guiding the performance of the teaching staff

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor of Education (infantil or primaria), other studies will be considered based on previous experience
• Strong C1 English level or above (interview will be conducted in English)
• Very keen on PBL or active methodologies
• Strong leadership skills
• Ideally you will have previous project management experience
