Sales and Customer Service | Nordic Languages | Fuengirola, Málaga

Location: On-site in Las Lagunas, Mijas – Málaga (near Fuengirola train station)

Energy Nordic is currently seeking a full-time Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is based on-site and comes with a Spanish employment contract.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised professional with excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit.

Tasks

Role Description

  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Identify and qualify prospects and key decision-makers.
  • Drive profitability through proactive account management.
  • Track, manage, and report on the sales pipeline.
  • Review client satisfaction levels and escalate issues when needed.
  • Relay client feedback to the appropriate departments.
  • Respond promptly to customer and partner enquiries.
  • Prepare technical and commercial service proposals.
  • Make outbound calls to existing clients when required.

Customer Service responsibilities include:

  • Managing a high volume of incoming calls.
  • Identifying and assessing customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Building lasting relationships through open and effective communication.
  • Providing accurate and complete information using proper tools.
  • Meeting customer service targets and call handling quotas.
  • Handling complaints, providing solutions, and ensuring follow-up.
  • Maintaining records and processing customer documentation.
  • Following company procedures and guidelines.
  • Going the extra mile to engage and support customers.

Requirements

Required Skills

  • Fluency in a Nordic language such as Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven customer service and sales experience.
  • Knowledge of office software: Microsoft Excel, Word, and general IT tools.
  • Sales and negotiation abilities will be highly valued.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Positive attitude and team collaboration.
