Senior Account Executive (DACH Region)

Enably is hiring on behalf of a high-growth B2B SaaS business looking to add a German-speaking Account Executive to support growth across the DACH region.

This is a company with real traction, a strong product, and a clear growth story already underway. They have proven demand across multiple markets and are now focused on scaling their commercial presence across Europe in a more deliberate way.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, progressing deals, and helping turn market activity into consistent, repeatable revenue across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will work with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating closely with a wider team across Europe.

What you’ll be doing

• Building new business opportunities across the DACH region through outbound activity, networking, and self-generated leads
• Owning the sales process from first conversation through to close
• Running strong discovery calls and tailored product demos
• Qualifying opportunities with sound commercial judgment
• Closing new business and contributing directly to revenue growth
• Working closely with marketing and wider commercial teams to sharpen messaging and market approach
• Feeding back customer and market insight to help inform product and go-to-market thinking

• Experience as an Account Executive in a SaaS environment
• A solid track record in SMB and/or mid-market sales

• A self-starting approach and comfort operating with pace and autonomy
• The ability to contribute ideas, not just follow process
• Professional fluency in both German and English is essential - This role involves leading customer conversations across the DACH market while working closely with internal teams operating in English.
