## Tasks

- You will be responsible to contribute to our online platform for the real estate business with a growing number of streams (e.g. the design and offering process for renovations with a focus on baths, heating systems, kitchen, etc.)
- Further develop and maintain our sales channel solutions (e.g. tools for requirements analysis for owners)
- Functional analysis and specification of new components and/or features
- Effort estimates for short-term sprints as well as for roadmap(s), incl. prioritization
- Responsible for the development environment, including unit and integration tests, ci/cd, automation

## Requirements

- University degree in IT / software engineering with significant and trackable experience of relevant experience
- Experience with PHP (preferably with Laravel), HTML5, CSS3, Javascript frameworks, databases (MySQL)
- Experience with ASP.NET
- Experience with AWS is an advantage
- 2nd and/or 3rd level support for our platform
- Shall be able to define a solution architecture
- Autonomous, reflects and challenges requirements to assure they fit the overall architecture
- Capability to coach juniors/associates in a later stage
- Fluency in English
- 5+ years’ experience
