Tasks
As an RBT, you will:
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their home, school, or community.
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
- Teach new skills (communication, play, social, daily living, etc.).
- Collect and record data on client progress using designated systems/tools.
- Collaborate with caregivers and clinical supervisors to ensure consistency across settings.
- Attend supervision and team meetings as required.
- Use reinforcement strategies, prompting, and proactive behavior management techniques.
- Support generalization of skills across environments and individuals.
