Co-Founder & CXO (Munich-based, m/f/d) therapy and clinics venture

We are looking for a Co-Founder / CXO for a therapy and clinics venture.

We are launching a new clinic chain that integrates the best of traditional care and therapy with a digitally enabled ecosystem—revolutionizing access, efficiency, and patient experience.

• Visionary & Strategic Leadership: Co-develop and execute the role out of the clinic chain and build the biggest therapy brand in Germany.
• Operational Excellence: Set up and streamline clinic operations with digital-first processes.
• People: Oversee the hiring and management of our exceptional teams.
• Partnerships & Growth: Build relationships with therapists, partners, and technology providers.

• Willing to go the extra mile, learn constantly and deep dive into new topics
• Experience in healthcare, health-tech, therapy services, or digital transformation.
• Experience with speech therapy, physiotherapy, ergotherapy or other therapy professions is a big plus.
• Knowledge of digital health tools, ideal but not required
• Passion for improving mental health services with innovative solutions.
• Strong experience with building teams and a passion for people.
• Proven organizational and managerial skills
• Excellent communication skills and high proficiency in both written and spoken English
• German language skills are a big plus
• High flexibility and ability to adapt to new situations and challenges
• Attentive to detail
