## Tasks

*   Identify opportunities for a new high-margin digital company with us
*   Research opportunities in depth and evaluate them
*   Start subsidiaries in collaboration with us
*   Lead the company as interim management
*   Find permanent management and help them get started
*   Jump in and help out if needed
*   Optional: run the company full time

## Requirements

*   Willing to go the extra mile, learn constantly, and deep dive into new topics.
*   Experience with digital business and/or startups.
*   High flexibility and ability to adapt to new situations and challenges.
*   A proactive approach to work, able to pre-empt problems before they occur.
*   Attentive to detail.
*   Grit.
