You’re hungry to grow fast in a startup, ready for a crash course in building from zero. You thrive in uncertainty - scrappy, fast-moving, and decisive. Switching hats excites you: one day you’re running a demo, the next you’re deep in Zapier. What you will do

• Run point on growth ops: build automations and content flows using tools like Zapier, Airtable, Substack, and PhantomBuster.
• Be customer-facing: host product demos, onboard design-partners, and field Q&A from our early community.
• Coordinate our podcast & community engine: prep guests, manage clips, and recap weekly Zoom events.
• Polish and publish content: LinkedIn posts, Substack emails, customer updates, and more.
• Own special projects: launches, experiments, and all the messy stuff that comes with building fast.

What you will achieve

• Deliver high-quality community events and demos that deepen customer loyalty.
• Launch automated marketing campaigns that consistently bring in leads and awareness.
• Write compelling, on-brand content that keeps our audience informed and excited.
• Become an extension of the founders - flexible, fast-moving, and high-trust.

Must-Have Skills

• Project management superpowers: juggle 5 spinning plates without dropping one.
• Tech agility: fast learner across marketing tools, CRMs, AI apps, and automation platforms.
• Clear, confident communication: written and verbal, polished and adaptable.
• Customer empathy: active listener who turns feedback into action.
• Problem-solving bias: you fix what’s broken or figure it out.
• Hustle: you don’t need hand-holding - you thrive in chaos.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in SaaS, marketing tech, or startup communities.
• Basic editing/design (Video and Images in Canva, Descript, Figma, etc.).
• Familiarity with analytics and SEO basics.
