🚀 About the Role:
As the Program Supervisor, you will be the heartbeat of the floor. You’ll ensure that individuals receive engaging, skill-based support and that staff are empowered, guided, and held to a high standard. You must be hands-on, compassionate, and fully capable of juggling the needs of your team, documentation requirements, and day-to-day operations — all while keeping the environment structured and positive.
Tasks
✅ Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and support direct care staff during daily programming
- Oversee and maintain structured schedules across skill-building rooms (life skills, academic enrichment, sensory, etc.)
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of daily documentation and progress reports
- Train and mentor staff on engagement strategies, documentation standards, and behavior management
- Respond calmly and confidently to behavioral challenges from individuals in care
- Support HR and leadership with staff evaluations, incident reviews, and team development
- Maintain compliance with state guidelines and Elevations policies
- Collaborate with upper management on programming improvements and individual success plans

Requirements
📝 Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in direct support, human services, or a related field (required)
- Prior experience supervising staff or leading a team (preferred)
- Knowledge of documentation practices, incident reports, and behavior support plans
- Ability to pass a background check and required training certifications
