Tasks
- Be the first face our clients see – warmly welcoming them to the studio.
- Manage check-ins and help clients feel right at home.
- Support clients with any questions or concerns, always aiming to turn challenges into positive experiences.
- Keep the studio clean, organized, and ready to inspire.
- Take care of light administrative tasks.
- Introduce new clients to the Elevate Pilates experience, making them feel comfortable and excited to join our community.
Requirements
- What We’re Looking ForExperience in hospitality (hotel, luxury retail, wellness, or high-end fitness preferred).
- A passion for outstanding customer service and making people feel welcome.
- Strong communication skills – in person, on the phone, and in writing.
- Ability to stay organized, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and reliability to keep everything running smoothly.
