As a Graduate Power Trader at EIO Energy, you’ll step into one of the most dynamic markets in the world. Your day-to-day will combine sharp analytics with rapid decision-making, and your actions will have direct, measurable impact from day one.

• Trading on European physical power markets.
• Collaborating with team members on market analysis and/or tool development.
• Working with your team on turning market observations into quantitative models.
• Continuously building your understanding of energy markets.

• You are about to complete your Master’s degree in oecon, Cand.Merc, Math, Physics, Engineering or a similar field
• You think in systems and probabilities and spot patterns before others do.
• You are confident in your decisions – but humble enough to learn from every outcome.
• You’re driven by goals, clarity, and results — and you don’t shy away from pressure.
• You thrive when autonomy meets accountability.

• Bonus points if you:

• Have competed in sports or poker at a serious level (we value mindset)
• Have experience in sports betting or modeling outcomes
• Have solid Excel skills and beginner to intermediate Python experience
