As part of our ongoing expansion, we're entering the event management industry, with a focus on organizing live music events and technology-driven experiences. Our goal is to create impactful events that inspire, connect, and engage diverse audiences across both cultural and tech sectors.
Tasks
Role Description:
As an Event Manager Intern, you will support the planning, organization, and execution of a variety of events including live music concerts and IT-related events (such as tech talks, coding competitions, and innovation expos). This remote internship is designed to offer hands-on experience in event management and exposure to real-world projects in the cultural and tech sectors.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Passion for event management, music, or tech events
Strong organizational and research skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
Proficient in English (C1 level or higher)
Familiarity with event tools or marketing platforms is a plus
Interest in PR, marketing, or community engagement is a bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and coordinating music and tech-focused events from concept to execution
Research and help secure sponsors, speakers, venues, and partners
Support logistical tasks including scheduling, communication, and vendor coordination
Collaborate with artists, tech speakers, production teams, and media contacts
Participate in marketing and promotional efforts with the marketing team
Help track event progress, timelines, and budgets
Contribute to post-event reports and evaluations
Internship Details:
Duration: 6 - 9 months (with potential for extension or recommendation letter upon successful completion)
Compensation: Performance-based bonus from event profits
Location: Remote
