• Lead and manage complex SAP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to the highest quality standards;
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and tailoring solutions accordingly;
• Conduct pre-sales activities, including crafting proposals, presenting solutions, and negotiating contracts;
• Apply industry knowledge to provide insightful, customized consulting services;
• Drive business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and strategies for growth;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP modules or other ERP systems (Navision, Oracle, etc.) as per client requirements;
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in consulting, preferably as an SAP Project Manager or SAP Consultant;
• Proven expertise in at least two industries, with a deep understanding of specific processes and challenges;
• Technical proficiency in one or more SAP modules; (familiarity with other ERP systems like Navision or Oracle can be considered too);
• Demonstrated experience in business development and pre-sales activities;
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment;
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
