We are looking for a motivated individual to support our Finance and Admin team in a 40-60% role, starting December 1, with the potential to expand your area of responsibility and capacity in the medium term.
Tasks
In this role, you will:
- manage accounts receivable, including issuing invoices, following up, and reconciling payments;
- support our Client Solutions team, e.g., maintain an overview of client contracts and handle clients' supplier onboarding processes;
- prepare reports for internal (e.g. quarterly performance reviews, project overviews) and external (e.g. client activity) purposes;
- maintain an overview of hardware and software at ECOFACT and support onboarding logistics for new joiners (e.g. equipment and software); and
- support the Finance & Admin team on an ad-hoc basis.
Requirements
You are / have:
- fluent in English (spoken and written);
- completed basic commercial training (kaufmännische Ausbildung) or a relevant degree (e.g. accounting);
- at least of professional experience in a similar function;
- experienced with MS Office tools, especially Excel;
- strong analytical and communication skills;
- ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage priorities; and
- a valid Swiss work permit (or are an EU national).
You earn extra points if you are / have:
- German language skills;
- a can-do attitude and willingness to take on tasks outside your direct area of responsibility;
- comfortable using AI tools (e.g. Claude) in your day-to-day work and are keen to spot ways to make processes more efficient; and
- hands-on with technology and happy to help with things like setting up laptops or basic IT troubleshooting.
