Spanish Learning Content Host & Community Manager

Easy Languages is a media production company based in Berlin, dedicated to creating video and podcast content for language learners. Our mission is to support language learning through authentic and engaging media. With 15 YouTube channels and 10 podcasts, we reach millions of enthusiastic language learners worldwide and have grown dynamically since our company was founded.

We’re now looking for a Host to join our team! In this role, you will be one of the faces of our video content on YouTube, engage with people in different environments (in person and online) and help us bring our language-learning videos to life. This position is available starting in November 2025, with the option to work 20–30 hours per week.

We particularly welcome candidates from the Latin American community living long-term in Barcelona or willing to relocate.

On any given day, you might:

• Host engaging YouTube videos and podcast episodes, as well as online & in-person events, such as Zoom conversation sessions, community meetups and our yearly winter school
• Interview native speakers in the streets of Barcelona and capture authentic conversations
• Brainstorm ideas, plan and produce content that fits Easy Spanish brand and purpose, together with the Easy Spanish team
• Collaborate with the team to develop fresh and creative ways to connect with our audience
• Support our community by answering their questions on Discord, email or YouTube’s comment section

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with strangers on the street for our interview episodes
• Is good at putting themselves in someone else’s shoes, can empathise with students facing the challenges of learning Spanish and enjoys helping others
• Has a natural curiosity and genuine interest in cultures and languages
• Feels comfortable being on camera and shows high energy, enthusiasm, and an engaging presence
• Is experienced in learning foreign languages, ideally with a background in Spanish teaching
• Possesses native-level proficiency in Spanish and at least conversational English
• Is currently living long-term in Barcelona, Spain, or willing to relocate. Candidates based in Mexico City also have the possibility of starting the position there.
• Is legally authorized to work in Spain and able to travel as required. In exceptional cases or for an outstanding fit, we may be able to support a visa procedure.
