What you'll do
Develop and implement firmware for embedded systems that meet industrial and automotive requirements
Design and develop software architectures in close collaboration with other engineering teams
Take technical ownership of development projects, ensuring targets for timelines, costs, and quality are met
Organize and conduct reviews and approve new software releases
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and development support to software team members
Actively contribute new methods and drive continuous process improvements
Work closely with the Head of Software
What you bring
A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telematics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
Several years of experience in firmware development for complex mechatronic systems
Experience developing safety-critical software in industrial and/or automotive environments (ISO 26262, IEC 61508)
Experience with AUTOSAR and/or ASPICE is an advantage
An entrepreneurial mindset and a strong solution-oriented approach
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
An independent, structured, and accountable way of working
