IT Controlling Manager (m/f/d)

For our client, we are seeking a communicative and experienced IT Controlling Manager who can provide substantial support to the CIO on strategic matters and play a pivotal role in shaping the operational business.

• Monitor and report IT KPIs and performance metrics
• Support IT budget planning, cost tracking, and financial governance
• Ensure compliance with IT governance processes and decision-making frameworks
• Act as a central interface between the CIO, IT leadership, and business stakeholders
• Support strategic IT initiatives and transformation projects
• Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and functional specifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar IT controlling, IT strategy, CIO office or PMO roles.
• Experience in IT strategy, governance or IT transformation
• Experience working in complex or matrix organizations
• Strong project or program management skills
• Very good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Independent, proactive, highly reliable, thorough, and socially competent
• Fluent German and English
