At eAces, we're a Munich-based consultancy boutique that specializes in IT and management positions for industrial companies and service providers across Europe.
We work directly with project managers and executives, developing a deep understanding of the role, technology, and organization within the company.
To further expand our network, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (m/f/d) who is enthusiastic about acquiring new clients and mandates, building lasting relationships, and thus contributing to the overall success of the eAces team.
Tasks
- Identifying and managing projects and mandates in the IT and management environment through networking, cold calling and recommendations
- Presenting our company profile and project stories to customers and their management
- Developing new markets for project staffing and interim management at eAces
- Taking responsibility for the entire project process, from qualifying leads and project requirements to screening potential candidates and negotiating contracts
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers (C-level, POs and HR)
- Representing eAces at events, meetups and client visits
- Coordinating projects during the ongoing engagement of our external managers, experts and consultants
- Negotiating project contracts and eAces' terms and conditions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, engineering, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or human resources services; experience in selling recruitment services or consulting projects is a big plus
- In-depth knowledge of IT, digitalization, and consulting projects
- Ability to understand complex roles, mandates, and project requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset, i.e., independent, proactive approach to achieving ambitious goals in an agile work environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a confident, empathetic manner when dealing with different contacts
- Strong resilience skills and stamina in a highly competitive market
- Business fluent written and spoken German and English
- Confident use of modern communication systems and applications.
