2.  Research and analyze competitor ad designs and strategies.
3.  Understand and apply principles that make ads convert and drive sales.

## Requirements

**Skills and Qualifications:**

*   Proficient in graphic design software.
*   Strong understanding of Facebook ad guidelines.
*   Proven ability to design conversion-driven creatives.
*   Analytical skills to evaluate ad performance and iterate for improvements.

**Previous Experience:**

*   Optional: Minimum 2 years of experience designing ads for social media, preferably in the real estate niche.
*   Optional: Proven track record of successful Facebook ad campaigns.
