## YOUR TASKS


* Together with your team you are responsible for the success of the influencer campaigns and manage them from start to finish (research, acquisition, leading negotiations, coordination of cooperation and reporting)
* You continuously build up relationships with influencers and agencies and expand the influencer network of DrSmile
* You help with developing new influencer campaigns and analyze relevant KPIs
* You research new trends and use them to make recommendations for further actions, working closely with internal and external stakeholders


## YOUR PROFILE


* You have already gained relevant experience (+2 years) in the field of social media/working with influencers/partnerships
* You have a degree in communication, marketing or economics
* You are a strong communicator, good with numbers, well organized and you have a focused working method
* Your are enthusiastic about health, beauty and/or medicine
* You are fluent in German and English
