Sales Team Leader: Travel & Cruise (remote)

About the role:

We are seeking a passionate Team Leader who displays strong leadership qualities and is able to motivate and get the best out of a remote team. Responsibilities include:

• Monitor calls by consultants for coaching and development purposes
• Review productivity & KPI achievement to ensure all opportunities are captured
• Coordinate with Management to develop strategies to motivate consultants & improve productivity
• Provide support for consultants including troubleshooting and escalations
• Carry out training, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews
• Carry out admin duties as required
• Develop a cohesive and positive team environment

Skills and experience:

• Experience managing a sales team in a call centre environment
• Leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
• Highly motivated and KPI-driven
• Ability to work independently, and effectively as part of a team
• Excellent organisational skills & a demonstrated ability to multitask
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge/experience of the Travel and Tourism Industry would be highly regarding
