Tasks
- Architecture, development, and maintenance of our Learning Management System (LMS) and internal web tools
- Design and implementation of scalable backend services using Node.js & TypeScript (Express, NestJS)
- Development of modern frontends with TypeScript (React, Next.js)
- Database modeling/management with relational and NoSQL systems, including ORMs
- Definition and implementation of API interfaces (REST, GraphQL)
- Setup and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
- Containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes or similar)
- Monitoring, logging, and performance optimization in cloud environments (AWS)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Node.js & TypeScript
- 3+ years of experience in frontend development with TypeScript and React or Next.js
- Solid knowledge of REST and/or GraphQL
- Proficient with relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud providers (AWS)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress)
- Experience with microservice architectures and event-driven systems
- Fluent English, very good German language skills
- Structured, solution-oriented work style and a strong sense of responsibility
