- Understand Social Meia Trends + Virality + details like music, b-roll clips, special effects, camera positioning, etc

Requirements
- 3+ years hands-on Video Editing Experience
- Portfolio of high performing videos
- Deep knowledge of TikTok & Instagram Algorithms
- Understands virality and creates videos based on data driven decisions
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malay (Chinese big plus)
- Highly Analytical — comfortable reading dashboards and building simple weekly performance reports
