We are an up-and-coming start-up in the field of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and are looking for a dedicated Business Development Representative (m/f/d) to join our sales team.
Tasks
- Sales / Account Strategy & Execution: You will develop, implement and optimize our strategic sales campaigns. In doing so, you will ensure that our sales targets are not only achieved, but exceeded. You will identify potential new customers and build strong relationships while supporting the entire sales cycle (from acquisition to closing).
- Pipeline Management: You will ensure that our sales pipeline contains the most up-to-date data and provide regular updates to management. You will use our CRM (HubSpot) to track progress, document interactions and manage sales activities efficiently.
- Client Engagement: You maintain and deepen relationships with our users (often C-level and senior stakeholders) at our customers. You identify and understand their needs and requirements and present customized solutions.
- Product Expertise: You will demonstrate a deep understanding of the features and capabilities of our AI SaaS platform and how it aligns with customers' business goals. As part of this, you will ensure that you and the team constantly receive the latest updates in this area. This ensures that we are always one step ahead of developments, remain competitive and can act proactively every day.
- Collaboration: You work closely with the other teams (especially Marketing & Product) to ensure close and profitable coordination.
Requirements
- Study and work experience: You have a degree in economics, a STEM subject or similar and ideally some experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS sector.
- Initiative and innovative spirit: You work independently, proactively and contribute ideas to drive the Business Development team forward. You like to develop new concepts and look for ways to optimize processes. You also think outside the box.
- Language skills: You have very good oral and written English skills.
