## Tasks

**Your tasks as Social Media Analyst (f/m/d)**

- Provide data and insights that support creative pitches, market analyses, and strategic projects.
- Work closely with various internal teams (i.e. business development, influencer marketing, brand & agency relationship management) to assess data needs.
- Conduct online research & use third party software tools focused on social media and influencer marketing performance measurement.
- Collect and analyze raw data in Excel or data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Create clear and aesthetically pleasing visualizations of data findings & insights.
- Identify opportunities for automating or templatizing standard requests to help team respond more efficiently to the organization’s data needs.
- Proactively identify and research social trends and how they are being discussed on social media.

## Requirements

- You have successfully completed a Bachelors Degree in business/economics or another analytical field. Masters Degree preferred.
- You have at least 3-5 years of work experience in a media, technology, or start-up environment.
- You have experience with influencer marketing and social listening tools (i.e. Tubular, CreatorIQ, Netbase, Brandwatch, WARC, SocialBakers, etc.)
- You have strong analytical skills and are Excel-fluent. Experience with SQL and data visualization tools like PowerBI highly desired.
- You have a strong interest in Social Media and Influencer Marketing and enjoy keeping up-to-date on social trends.
- You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills (English is a must, other European languages a plus).
- You enjoy working cross-functionally and in a diverse and multi-disciplinary team.
- You are resourceful and curious. You like problem solving and using data to answer important questions.
- You enjoy listening to others and finding ways to support them.
- You are comfortable working on several projects at a time and managing and communicating timelines to various stakeholders.
