Project title
EU Introducer / Independent Sales Agent — Hospitality FF&E & Renovation Supply (China-side execution) | Success-fee 3–5%
About us
I’m Felix Windsor, head of Dulve (Beijing / Sweden). We run a China-side hospitality FF&E + renovation materialssupply chain and delivery capability: factory selection, pricing, QC, export docs, shipment coordination (EXW/FOB/DDP), and after-sales handling.
What we need
We are looking for EU-based (or EU-market focused) introducers / independent sales agents who can open doors to real decision-makers in active projects, such as:
- Hotel owners/operators, developers, asset managers
- Project managers, QS/cost consultants, procurement leads
- Fit-out / refurbishment contractors, interior contractors, FF&E procurement consultants
Your scope (deliverables)
- Introduce qualified buyers/projects and help schedule initial calls
- Provide basic qualification notes (project type, stage, approximate budget, timeline, decision chain)
- Support deal progression: follow-ups, coordination, and keeping the opportunity moving
- Maintain a simple pipeline report (weekly) so nothing gets lost
Our value proposition (what you can confidently tell your network)
- China-direct cost advantage with engineering-grade delivery and QC
- We typically target 20–30% savings vs. local sourcing on comparable specs (validated case-by-case with quotes)
- We handle China-side complexity end-to-end (supplier, QC, docs, shipment), making it executable and lower-risk for EU buyers
Compensation (must-read)
- No base salary. Success-fee only.
- Commission: 3–5% of the closed supply contract amount (exact % depends on deal size and gross margin).
- We do not charge the buyer for your commission; we pay you from our side after deal closure.
- Payment milestones (standard model):
- 60% of your commission when the buyer deposit is received in our account
- 40% of your commission when the final payment is received in our account
- We can sign NCNDA / non-circumvention so you are fully protected.
Example (clear economics)
If a project closes with a supply contract value of €500,000:
At 3%, total commission = €15,000
- Deposit received → pay 60% = €9,000
Final payment received → pay 40% = €6,000
At 5%, total commission = €25,000
- Deposit received → pay 60% = €15,000
- Final payment received → pay 40% = €10,000
Who is a strong fit
- You already have real access to hospitality/refurbishment decision-makers (not generic lead lists)
- You understand B2B project cycles and can qualify opportunities quickly
- You are comfortable working with a structured process and reporting
To apply
Please share:
- Your countries/cities covered
- Your strongest buyer types (owners, contractors, QS, procurement, etc.)
- A short description of recent relevant projects/introductions (no confidential names required)
- Your preferred success-fee range within 3–5% and any conditions
