## Tasks

As our new Software Engineer, you will: 

*   Contribute to our AI Automation Platform for Nurses.
*   Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Python.
*   Work with cloud technologies such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
*   Collaborate with product, design, and seasoned ML teams to turn ideas into solutions.
*   Implement thorough testing to ensure top-notch results.
*   Balance fast-paced development with quality outcomes.

## Requirements

We're looking for a motivated and highly intelligent Software Engineer ready to make an impact. You're the right fit if:

**Experience and Education:**

*   You have some software engineering experience and a strong drive to learn and grow.
*   You possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field.

**Technical Skills:**

*   Proficiency in Python with solid skills and eagerness to apply them.
*   Strong interest in backend development and a willingness to focus primarily on this area.
*   Basic understanding or interest in machine learning and a willingness to develop your skills in this area.
*   Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure is a plus.

**Personal Attributes:**

*   Detail-oriented with the ability to communicate technical ideas clearly.
*   Organized self-starter who can stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
*   Highly motivated with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
*   Interest or passion for artificial intelligence and machine learning.

**Optional:**

*   Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects that have had a meaningful impact or added value are a plus.
*   German language skills are a plus.
*   Knowledge about nursing homes/the industry is a plus.
