Special Projects & Expansion Manager

dentolo Deutschland GmbH is seeking a highly-driven and strategic Special Projects & Expansion Manager to join our growing team in the insurance industry. As the Special Projects & Expansion Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of dentolo. You will strategize and lead projects that fuel the company's expansion into new markets and explore exciting business opportunities. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential growth areas, developing go-to-market strategies, and implementing innovative business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Project management for strategic partnerships for our insurance products
• Facilitating cross-department communication and collaboration from first concept to Go-Live of projects
• Internal and external stakeholder management
• Collaborate with internal teams to create go-to-market strategies and effectively execute expansion plans
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of expansion initiatives
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a strategic role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and drive data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex projects from conception to completion
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly within the health or dental sector, is a plus
• Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken) is required for this role
