**Your Role and your tasks:**

As an Account Executive (m/f/x), you will drive our growth in the DACH region. In your role, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle - from customer acquisition to contract closure. You will:

* Identify and prospect potential retailers in the DACH region.
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through proactive communication.
* Create proposal contracts and conduct negotiations.
* Attend trade fairs and events to generate qualified leads.
* Collaborate on the development and implementation of sales strategies.
* Work closely with the Product and Sales Leadership Team to continuously enhance our solution in the best interest of our customers.
* Partner with our Marketing Manager to plan and execute marketing initiatives´.

## Requirements

Now let's talk about you:  
* You bring at least 2-3 years of work experience in B2B Sales in a SaaS company.
* You are a passionate sales talent with a hunter mentality, who is driven to succeed by building valuable and long-lasting customer relationships.
* You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in German and English. Any additional language is an advantage
* You have a proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.
