About the job:

• We’re Hiring: Bilingual Patient Care Representative
• Location: Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional (Onsite)
• Employment type: Full-time | 9-hour shifts (between 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.)
• Position Summary

Tasks

Be the first point of contact between patients and the healthcare team. As a Bilingual Patient Care Representative, you will ensure patients receive timely assistance with appointments, follow-ups, and inquiries, always with empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient appointments: scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-ups.
• Provide accurate information about services, availability, and procedures (non-clinical).
• Assist patients in English and Spanish with clarity and empathy.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA & company protocols).
• Document interactions and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or ongoing university studies.
• Fluent or advanced English level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
