Head of SAP FI & CO

• As a business sparring partner you will be consulting the Management and Board Members and challenge their ideas in order to rollout global best practice solutions. The imortance of understanding complex finance functionsin assisting the business in the development and modernization of critical finance systems and processes is key
• Taking initiative in completion of task/ project: Lead the execution of assigned project tasks in areas of demonstrated competence. This includes facilitating meetings/task groups, tracking and influencing task group progress, tracking project deliverables, etc.
• Manage a global team: Dispatch activities related to service requests, change requests and small to big projects. Provide supervision and guidance on ERP solutions in the form of mentorship to the team
• Improved efficiency: Set the team’s priorities appropriately. Ensure that work outputs are timely and of the highest quality
• Manage the S/4 Hana Conversion for FI, CO, TR and BOFC
• Global communication: Verbal and written communicate with global customers to gather information required to resolve issues
• Provide timely and high quality solutions to customer issues

• Academic degree; MBA or equivalent
• A minimun of 8 years experience in managing global teams and managing challenging stakeholders
• Profound knowledge in FI, CO and TR (BOFC would be a plus)
• Extensive knowledge in accounting principles and taxation; e.g. Indian GST, GAP, IFRS etc.
• A minimum of 6 years SAP FICO experience. Experience relevant to manufacturing industry is of advantage
• Experience working in an international and demanding environment
• SAP Certification in FI & CO (additional advantage)
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, leadership skills, conceptual thinking and innovation

• International working environment (travel 20%)
