We are looking for a highly organized, reliable, and discreet Executive & Operations Assistant to support two founders across startups, investments, advisory work, and selected personal administration. This is a remote role based in Tunisia, with work primarily in English and French and activity connected to France, Germany, and Monaco.

You will help bring structure, follow-through, and administrative clarity across a fast-moving set of business activities. The role combines calendar and inbox support, travel booking, document handling, invoice and expense administration, research, and selected communications support. A smaller part of the role may include personal coordination such as appointments, property or household administration, online orders, or coordinating service providers.

We are open to a junior but highly trainable profile if you are exceptionally well organized, service-oriented, trustworthy, and proactive. We are starting part-time, with the intention to grow the role over time for someone who becomes autonomous and consistently creates value.

Tasks

Manage calendars, scheduling, reminders, and meeting logistics

  • Support inbox organization and help draft clear, professional communications
  • Book travel, prepare itineraries, and coordinate practical logistics
  • Maintain invoice logs, receipts, expense trackers, and payment-related documentation
  • Help reconcile missing invoices and prepare clean records for review
  • Maintain organized files, contract archives, and administrative documentation
  • Conduct simple online research and prepare shortlists, comparisons, or summaries
  • Support selected LinkedIn / founder communication and light branding coordination
  • Assist with selected personal administration such as appointments, online orders, property-related paperwork, or coordinating household service providers
  • Use AI and digital tools effectively to streamline work and save time

Requirements

  • Fluent English and French, written and spoken
  • German is a strong plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and very strong attention to detail
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and reliability
  • Polished written communication and professional judgment
  • Comfort with Google Workspace, Notion, and Excel / Google Sheets
  • Confidence working remotely with strong online etiquette and self-management
  • A proactive mindset: you look for ways to solve problems and make yourself useful
  • Comfort with administrative, invoice, and payment-related processes under approval rules
  • Interest in using AI tools thoughtfully to improve speed and quality

Nice to have

Prior experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Operations Assistant, Office Manager, Coordinator, or similar support role

  • Experience supporting founders, small businesses, startups, or professional services teams
  • Comfort with invoice tracking, document handling, contract archives, and payment-related administration
  • Studies in business administration, finance, operations, project management or similar fields
  • Experience working remotely

This role involves confidential information and may include limited access to payment and banking tools under controlled permissions.

  • References are required. Background checks may be part of the process.
  • This is not an accounting role, but it does require strong administrative discipline around invoices, records, and documentation.

Gross monthly salary range: 420 – 720 EUR gross per month

This is our full-time gross reference range and final compensation will be adjusted based on experience, profile fit, and agreed working hours.
