At deeplify, we’re building the first AI-native asset integrity co-pilot for critical industrial infrastructure. We turn inspection data from pipelines, chemical plants, ships, and bridges into real- time, risk-based maintenance decisions - automatically. We combine a digital inspection platform with proprietary deep-learning models and an evolving agentic AI system that learns from asset integrity engineers. This shifts asset integrity from slow, analogue, document-driven processes to a proactive, software-defined, and increasingly autonomous system.

The Role
As a Founders Associate, you work directly with the founders on the company’s highest-impact priorities across Go-to-Market, Sales, and Operations. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to learn fast, drive outcomes end-to-end, and help build a category-defining company from the inside.

What you’ll do

• Go-to-Market & Growth: Translate strategy into execution: refining ICP and messaging, and leading pipeline and growth experiments that move leads into qualified opportunities and pilots.
• Sales & Customer Development: Support and own parts of the enterprise sales cycle: outreach, qualification, follow-ups, proposals, and deal coordination.
• Operations & Company Building: Build scalable internal processes (CRM hygiene, reporting, hiring workflows, templates/playbooks)

• 0–3 years of experience in a high-pace environment (startup, consulting, VC, BizOps/Growth, B2B sales) - or clear proof you’ve taken unusual ownership.
• Strong execution skills: you ship, iterate, and close loops reliably.
• Analytical, structured thinking; you can simplify complex topics and communicate clearly.
• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus (depending on customer context).
• Bonus: Interest in heavy industry / asset integrity / maintenance / inspections; High technical curiosity (you should be comfortable around AI/software workflows).

• Direct mentorship and daily collaboration with the founders - steep learning curve and real ownership.
• Hybrid model (Munich + remote): regular in-person working in Munich, otherwise flexible remote work and strong asynchronous collaboration.
