Legal Counsel (m/f/d)

We are hiring a leading Berlin-based Fintech company that is looking for a Legal Counsel to manage a range of legal topics (Commercial, IP, Data Protection, etc) and support the business as it continues to grow, working alongside the General Counsel.

• Provide advice to the entire business and management.
• Specific focus on IT law, Data Protection Law, IT Law, and Commercial.
• Point of contact for Data Protection matters in collaboration with the Data Protection Officer.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements.

• You are a Fully Qualified Lawyer in Germany (Volljurist).
• 1-4 years experience PQE.
• Experience with IT Law, Data Protection, and Commercial Law.
• Business proficiency in English and German language.
