Data Solution Architect - AI / BI / Data Integration / Data Analytics

In this role, you'll shape and implement scalable, secure, and efficient data solutions that drive business value. You’ll bridge the gap between business goals and technical implementation, contributing to the architectural roadmap of a modern cloud-based data platform.

• Design and develop scalable, resilient solutions for AI/ML, BI, and data integration.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and roadmaps.
• Recommend and evaluate cutting-edge technologies and tools.
• Set high standards for data quality, security, and compliance.
• Lead proof-of-concept projects for emerging technologies.
• Optimize existing architectures for performance and cost-efficiency.
• Create reusable reference architectures and design patterns.
• Guide engineering teams through technical challenges and decisions.
• Align solutions with enterprise architecture principles.

Experience: 2+ years in data architecture and 5+ years in enterprise-scale data solutions.

• Knowledge:

• Cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• AI/ML frameworks and architectures.
• Modern BI tools and data visualization platforms.
• Data modelling and integration patterns (ETL/ELT).
• Real-time and batch data processing systems.

• Data governance, management, and security frameworks.

• Skills:

• Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Strong communication to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.

• Languages: Fluent English is required, Dutch or French is a plus.

Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with Snowflake, Apache Iceberg, Power BI, MLFlow, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelines, or GenAI architectures is an advantage.
