Are you a seasoned investment professional with a passion for

Europe’s most renowned family offices is launching a data-driven  
VC firm and is seeking a seasoned Principal (m/f/d) to  
lead our dynamic team.

As Principal, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the  
future of our venture from its inception. Join us to lead a team  
dedicated to creating value for our portfolio companies and our investor.

## Tasks

*   Lead the development of a data-driven fund from the ground up: leveraging our substantial capital and expertise to maximize portfolio value.
*   Oversee the investment process, including sourcing, deal assessment, investment decision-making, and managing due diligence efforts.
*   Establish our Berlin office as well as lead, mentor and guide the investment team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
*   Cultivate and share deep industry insights through thorough technical and market analysis.
*   Drive strategic initiatives and foster relationships with key stakeholders in the startup ecosystem.

## Requirements

*   Proven experience in Venture Capital and Investment Management, operator experience in a VC backed startup is a plus
*   Deep passion and understanding of technology, startups, and innovation.
*   Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field.
*   Demonstrated leadership skills and a track record of success in investment management.
*   Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving capabilities.
*   Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
*   Ability to work both collaboratively and independently, with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
