We are seeking an experienced Salesforce OmniStudio Developer to support a key initiative focused on delivering scalable, customer-centric digital solutions on the Salesforce platform.
You will play a critical role in designing and building solutions using OmniStudio (Vlocity) components, working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality, efficient implementations.
Tasks
- Design and develop solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio components: OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs and middleware
- Collaborate with architects, Product Owners, and other developers
- Ensure performance optimisation and scalability of solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the platform
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
- Maintain documentation and best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with OmniStudio (Vlocity)
- Strong hands-on experience with: OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales/Service Cloud)
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
