Senior SharePoint Developer/Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SharePoint Developer/Architect with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development, enterprise architecture, and Microsoft 365 solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across SharePoint On-Premises (2007–2019) and SharePoint Online (O365), Azure integration, infrastructure design, migration projects, and enterprise-scale deployments. Experience in product ownership, governance, and leading virtual/global teams is highly desirable.

• Design, architect, and implement large-scale SharePoint farms (On-Prem & Online).
• Lead SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solution design and global rollout initiatives.
• Architect and implement Azure AD, MFA, Intune, RMS, AIP, and related security solutions.
• Plan and execute enterprise migrations (e.g., SharePoint 2010/2013 to SharePoint Online).
• Migrate large-scale data (100TB+ environments preferred).
• Design and implement governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Develop custom SharePoint applications using .NET, C#, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Build custom workflows, automation solutions, and integration scripts.
• Integrate SharePoint with: Exchange, Active Directory, Project Server, Helpdesk / Change Management Systems, Microsoft Dynamics
• Implement and manage PowerShell-based automation and server build processes.
• Lead virtualisation and datacenter migration initiatives (VMware, Citrix Xen).
• Provide 3rd-level technical support and oversee L1/L2/L3 support teams.
• Act as Product Owner for SharePoint and related collaboration platforms.
• Conduct technical trainings and knowledge transfers across global teams.

Leadership & Architecture Experience

• Experience as SharePoint Enterprise Architect or Solution Architect.
• Product Owner experience for SharePoint / O365 platforms.
• Managing global or virtual technical teams.
• Experience operating in enterprise environments (3000+ users, multi-datacenter setup).
• ITIL-based Service Management knowledge (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
• Experience in automation, server provisioning, and infrastructure optimization.
