We are looking for a detail-oriented **QA Engineer** with experience testing ServiceNow applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of ServiceNow modules through manual and automated testing.

## Tasks

*   Design, develop, and execute test cases for ServiceNow modules, workflows, and custom applications.
*   Perform **functional, regression, and integration testing** on new and existing ServiceNow features.
*   Validate ServiceNow configurations, business rules, and workflows against requirements.
*   Collaborate with developers, administrators, and business analysts to identify and resolve defects.
*   Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and defect reports.
*   Support automated testing efforts using tools like **ATF (Automated Test Framework)** within ServiceNow.
*   Participate in release and deployment cycles, ensuring quality standards are met.

## Requirements

*   **2+ years** of experience in QA or software testing.
*   Hands-on experience testing **ServiceNow** applications (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).
*   Understanding of **ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework)** and platform architecture.
*   Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
*   Experience with **Agile/Scrum** development environments.
*   Familiarity with **JIRA**, **Postman**, or other testing and defect tracking tools.
*   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
