ERP Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record of leading ERP deployments, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE, or Business Central). You’ll manage end-to-end implementation projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery meets scope, budget, and timeline. This role requires someone who understands both the technical and functional sides of ERP delivery and can effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Candidates must be required to work hybrid from Stockholm, Sweden or Kolding, Denmark

• Lead the full project lifecycle of ERP implementations (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure)
• Manage scope, timelines, and budgets using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Coordinate with technical consultants, functional leads, and client-side teams
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and issue resolution
• Oversee UAT planning, execution, and sign-off with business users
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure adherence to change management and governance standards
• Provide pre-sales support and input on project estimations and proposals
• Advise clients on ERP best practices and process improvements
• Manage documentation, reporting, and stakeholder updates

• Proven experience as an ERP Project Manager, ideally with D365 F&O/CE/BC
• Strong understanding of ERP project phases, from discovery to go-live and support
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and QA
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with UAT processes, integrations, data migration, and cutover planning
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project, DevOps, or similar tools
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is a plus
