As an ERP Migration Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering our organization through a comprehensive migration project from Navision to Infor M3. This role is based in Denmark. The project is under the umbrella of a Swedish parent company, providing a dynamic and collaborative multinational environment.

## Tasks

*   Manage end-to-end ERP migration project from Navision to Infor M3.
*   Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruptions to business operations.
*   Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and milestones.
*   Act as a liaison between the Danish subsidiary and the Swedish parent company, ensuring alignment with overarching goals and strategies.
*   Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management for the migration project.
*   Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders at various levels.

## Requirements

*   Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on ERP migrations.
*   Prior experience in managing migrations from Navision to Infor M3 is highly desirable.
*   Familiarity with the intricacies of ERP systems and their integration into business processes.
*   Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with international teams.
*   Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
*   Flexibility to travel occasionally to Denmark and work closely with the Swedish parent company.
