Custom Surgical is a fast-growing AI-powered medical technology startup transforming the future of eye care. We work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, hardware, software, and clinical innovation, building products that enhance diagnostic precision and improve patient outcomes.
We are an ambitious, international team - moving fast, learning constantly, and developing AI-driven technologies that support surgeons in some of the most demanding clinical environments.
We're looking for an HR & Office Management Intern to support our People and Operations function with the chance to get hands-on across HR, Finance, and Operations. This is a rare opportunity to see how the different engines of a startup actually run and connect, while owning real responsibility from day one.
It's an ideal role if you want practical exposure to HR & Operations best practices in a fast-moving startup, with genuine ownership rather than busywork.
