Are you passionate about building resilient, scalable, and automated cloud infrastructure?
At Croders, we're not a typical agency. We are a dedicated collective of tech professionals blending Croatian ingenuity with Swiss-grade precision. We build long-term, stable teams that integrate directly into our partners' core strategies.
We are looking for a full-time DevOps Engineer to join our team on a permanent employment contract. - Implement and manage comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) to ensure system health and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to improve application performance, streamline deployments, and champion DevOps best practices.
- Automate manual processes and operational tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Go).
Requirements
- Proven professional experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or Cloud Engineer.
- Deep, hands-on experience with Kubernetes for cluster management, deployment, and scaling.
- Excelent knowledge of Terraform for managing production infrastructure as code.

- Solid experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines and tools.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a genuine desire to take ownership of your infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work collaboratively in a long-term team.
