DevOps Engineer (Cloud & Kubernetes)

We are looking for a full-time DevOps Engineer to join our team on a permanent employment contract. This isn't just about maintaining servers; it's about engineering the core infrastructure that powers our long-term partnerships. You'll be our expert in Kubernetes, AWS, and GCP, ensuring our systems are secure, scalable, and fully automated.

• Design, build, and manage our Kubernetes (K8s) clusters, including deployment strategies, scaling, monitoring, and operational maintenance.
• Develop and manage scalable, secure cloud infrastructure across AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
• Build, optimize, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, Cloud Build) to automate the testing and deployment of software.
• Implement and manage comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) to ensure system health and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to improve application performance, streamline deployments, and champion DevOps best practices.
• Automate manual processes and operational tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Go).

• Proven professional experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or Cloud Engineer.
• Deep, hands-on experience with Kubernetes for cluster management, deployment, and scaling.
• Excelent knowledge of Terraform for managing production infrastructure as code.
• Practical experience with core services in AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Solid experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines and tools.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a genuine desire to take ownership of your infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work collaboratively in a long-term team.
