CrewNow Estonia is expanding its **dedicated A320 Talent Pool** and we want YOU to be part of it! Whether you’re a **Type Rated Captain or First Officer**, or a **Non-Type Rated pilot** looking for your next opportunity, we’re actively connecting skilled professionals with top airlines across the skies.

## Tasks

**Responsibilities:**

\- Operate the A320 safely and efficiently, in compliance with EASA regulations and company SOPs

\- Conduct pre-flight planning and liaise with operational teams

\- Work closely with dispatch, ground operations, and cabin crew

\- Perform flights across Europe and other regions as required

\- Provide leadership in the flight deck, supporting a collaborative crew environment

## Requirements

**Minimum Requirements:**

*   EASA ATPL (or Frozen ATPL for First Officers)
*   Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
*   Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU
*   **_Captains_**_: 3,500+ total hours, including 500+ as PIC on jet aircraft_
*   **_First Officers:_** _500+ total hours_
*   English ICAO Level 4 or higher
