51-200

We are looking for a Head of Product & Business to lead Diggspace, our SaaS platform focused on digital workplace transformation, internal communication, employee engagement, and Microsoft 365 adoption.
This is a leadership role for someone who wants to combine product strategy, business growth, market positioning, customer insight, and commercial execution into a single coherent direction.
You will be responsible for transforming market opportunities, customer needs, Microsoft ecosystem evolution, and business objectives into a clear product vision, a focused roadmap, and measurable business outcomes.
Reporting directly to the leadership team, you will own the overall success of Diggspace across product, market, customer, and business dimensions. Working closely with engineering, sales, customer success, marketing, partners, and leadership, you will drive the next stage of Diggspace's growth while ensuring that product investments, customer value, market opportunities, and commercial priorities remain aligned.
This is not a traditional Product Manager role.
This is an opportunity to lead a growing SaaS business, influence strategy, shape market perception, and create meaningful impact on customers, partners, and the future of the product.
Why this role is different
Diggspace operates with a lean, high-accountability model where ownership matters more than hierarchy.
As Head of Product & Business, you will have significant autonomy to shape product direction, business priorities, market positioning, growth initiatives, and customer value creation. You will be empowered to make decisions, challenge assumptions, and drive outcomes that directly influence the future of the product.
At the same time, you will not be operating alone.
You will work closely with a leadership team whose combined experience spans technology entrepreneurship, SaaS product development, business growth, digital transformation, marketing, communications, and the Microsoft ecosystem. Together, they bring decades of practical experience building and operation technology companies, launching and evolving software products, developing go-to-market strategies, building brands, scaling customer relationships, and helping organizations drive adoption and value from Microsoft-based workplace solutions. Their experience includes the creation and growth of both services and SaaS businesses serving enterprise customers across multiple markets, as well as leading communication, engagement, and change initiatives within complex organizational environments.
On a quarterly basis, you will present product, customer, commercial, and strategic progress to the leadership team, gaining access to valuable experience, strategic guidance, constructive challenge, and mentorship while maintaining clear ownership of execution and results.
This combination of autonomy, accountability, and access to experienced leadership creates a unique opportunity for someone looking to accelerate both their impact and professional growth.

Lead monthly business, product, and customer performance reviews.

Contribute to strategic discussions regarding growth, market expansion, partnerships, investment priorities, and business evolution.

Maintain ownership of execution while benefiting from regular strategic guidance and executive-level feedback.

Requirements

What we value
Relax! There is no such thing as the perfect candidate.
We value people who bring different experiences, perspectives, and strengths. We are more interested in your ability to learn, adapt, lead, and create impact than in checking every box.
That said, we believe this role could be a great fit if you have:

Experience in B2B SaaS product leadership, product management, business leadership, or go-to-market strategy.

Strong understanding of SaaS growth drivers, including acquisition, adoption, retention, expansion, pricing, and customer value.

Ability to connect product decisions with business outcomes.

Experience working with enterprise customers and complex stakeholder environments.

Strong strategic thinking combined with execution capability.

Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Customer-centric mindset and commercial awareness.

Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.

Ability to thrive in a lean, fast-moving environment with high ownership.

Fluency in English and Portuguese.

Microsoft 365 experience is highly valued
Diggspace is deeply connected to the Microsoft ecosystem and helps organizations maximize the value of Microsoft 365 investments.
For that reason, we place particular value on candidates who bring experience, knowledge, or genuine interest in areas such as:

Microsoft 365

SharePoint Online

Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Viva

Employee Experience platforms

Internal Communications

Digital Workplace solutions

Employee Engagement initiatives

Change Management and Adoption programs

Organizational Transformation

Microsoft partner ecosystems

You do not need to be a Microsoft technical specialist. However, candidates who understand how organizations use Microsoft 365 to improve communication, engagement, productivity, and employee experience will have a significant advantage.
Experience working within Microsoft partners, Microsoft-focused consultancies, Modern Work practices, Employee Experience initiatives, digital workplace programs, or Microsoft 365 adoption and change management projects will be considered a strong differentiator.
You will probably enjoy this role if you

Want to lead a product and not just manage a backlog.

Enjoy combining product, business, customer, and commercial perspectives.

Like making decisions and taking ownership of outcomes.

Are motivated by growth, impact, and continuous learning.

Enjoy working directly with customers and understanding real business problems.

Believe that great products emerge from a deep understanding of both market needs and business realities.

Are curious about the future of work, employee experience, AI, and digital workplace transformation.

Want to help organizations create more engaging, aligned, and productive workplaces.
