HALO Host (10-30h, f/m/d)

At HALO Bagels, we are dedicated to redefining the bagel experience in Berlin with our artisanal sourdough bagels. We strongly believe that our passion for food and hospitality will create joyful moments that bring people together - we call them FULL CIRCLE MOMENTS.

We are seeking a new team member to join our diverse and international team on our journey to becoming a beloved food brand in Berlin.

• You’re a brand ambassador of HALO and host to our guests making them feel welcome and appreciated - service and hospitality are not our values, but our identity.
• You’re taking orders at our POS and preparing them at our bagel bar (incl. food & beverages)
• You’re handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner, striving to resolve any issues to the guest’s satisfaction
• You’re responsible of maintaining and carrying out cleaning tasks in the store and complying with operational hygiene measurements as well as legal regulations
• You’re monitoring inventory levels of any supplies or drink/food products and manage their replenishment

• You’re an open-minded, friendly and approachable person, who brings a strong service mentality
• You’re able to switch easily from two different tasks and posses strong organizational skills
• You’re naturally having a strong team spirit mindset, with excellent communication skills and getting energized by working with people
• You’re personally passionate about food & hospitality and feel fully connected with the HALO brand and the product to deliver top quality & service everyday
• You’re open to work flexible hours during weekdays and weekends, and have been already exposed to work in fast-paced environments
• You’re fluent in English, German is a big plus
